We take great pleasure in informing you that the Institute of Quarrying Malaysia (IQM) with the support of the Department Of Mineral & Geoscience Malaysia (DMG) will be organizing a National Conference and Exhibition on 29 & 30 October 2007 at the Holiday Villa, Subang Jaya.  The Theme of this year's conference is " RECENT INNOVATION IN QUARRYING (RIQ) 2007 ".  The Conference is expected to be officially opened by Tuan Haji Yunus bin Abdul Razak, Director General of the Department of Mineral & Geoscience Malaysia (DMG).

The Conference will feature speakers from the Quarrying Industry & Industry Suppliers, JMG, USM, IQM and Presidents from Institute of Quarrying worldwide.  Participants for this Conference would include IQM members, suppliers, contractors and professionals in the Quarrying and its related Extractives Industries.  

The event will also include an Indoor Exhibition which will display an array of quarry equipments, services, technologies and products.  Attached is a copy of the Conference Brochure for your information.
